One of the best zoo I’ve ever been. Everything looks good and maintained. A lot of entertainment for kids. The only thing that made me feel sad is kangaroo area where people were able to touch them, it looked as a huge stress for kangaroo.

Feels abandoned during winter time but otherwise it’s good. Some animals don’t get a lot of living space though (like lions or marine animals).

My toddler had lots of fun and I can see myself coming here with an infant just to walk around and being delighted by the different sceneries and animals.

Definitely get the summer pass if you’re a local, it’s such a fun way to spend the afternoon on weekdays when it’s also not crowded.

The staff was also super sweet and accommodating, my toddler had trouble with one of the rides and they help kiddo feel safe.

Absolutely loved our visit to Zoo de Granby! The zoo is incredibly well-maintained with a great variety of animals, including some you don’t often see in other zoos. The habitats are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and it’s clear the animals are well cared for.

We especially enjoyed the African safari section and the aquarium—both were beautiful and educational. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the signage throughout made it easy to navigate and learn interesting facts along the way.

We visited on a weekend and had no wait time to get in, which was a pleasant surprise! I definitely recommend buying tickets in advance, especially during the summer or on holidays—it just makes the experience smoother.

The entire zoo is very family-friendly with plenty of rest spots, snack areas, and fun interactive experiences for kids and adults alike. We spent the whole day here and still felt like we could have stayed longer.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—it’s worth the trip!

A well-organized layout that made navigating the park a breeze. The diversity of animals is truly impressive, making it feel like a world tour of wildlife.

The zoo is clean, well-maintained - lacks significantly in the food department. Food from the cafeteria was very obviously old, cold and crusty. The cafeteria was empty, which is why it seemed most people brought their own lunch. Pricing was outdated on the digital menu (cashier confirmed it's frequently wrong?) .

We also took advantage of the water park on site, which was the perfect way to cool down and added an extra layer of fun to our day.

Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or even solo, you're guaranteed to have a memorable and enriching experience. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD!
